**Pet Product Shipping within Canada**
Extra charges may apply based on the item's weight and dimensions, calculated using the shipping tool provided on the product page. Our pet products are dispatched from a warehouse in the United States.

- 5-10 business days with tracking. Orders are shipped via Canada Post/USPS. Evolution walkers are shipped to the United States via UPS at an additional cost, which will be emailed after placing the order. The cost is based on the walker's weight and dimensions.
**Return Policy**

We offer a 30-business-day return policy with no restocking fee for our USA customers.
**General Returns**
Canadian customers can return unused products in their original packaging for a refund within 30 days of receipt. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective products or if the incorrect product was shipped. For product replacements, items must be returned in original packaging and resalable condition at the customer's expense. Replacement products are shipped at no additional cost. A 15% restocking fee applies for returns due to:
- Incorrect purchases by the customer.
- Customer dissatisfaction with the product within 30 days.
- The customer provided the incorrect shipping address during online ordering.
Products must be returned at the customer's expense, and return instructions will be provided via email.
**Defective Items**
For items with manufacturing defects, please arrange a return within 30 days from the invoice date. Note that defects from wear and tear are not covered.
